How long does shipping take for my beer order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Standard UK delivery typically takes 1-2 working days via our carbon-neutral courier partners.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the UK mainland. We are working hard to navigate export regulations to bring our craft beers back to our international fans soon.
How should I store my Siren Craft Brew beers?
To maintain maximum freshness and flavor profile, we recommend storing all our beers upright in a cool, dark place, ideally in a refrigerator between 4-7°C.
What happens if a bottle or can arrives damaged?
While we use reinforced packaging, accidents can happen. Please take a photo of the damaged items and contact our support team within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Are your beers suitable for vegans?
The vast majority of our core range and seasonal releases are vegan-friendly. Any beers containing lactose or honey will be clearly labeled in the ingredients list on the product page.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link to follow your beer's journey from our brewery to your door.
