Light in the Dark

This traditional British Barley Wine is designed to taste like winter: it has a boozy warmth, candied fruit and dried fruit notes from the malt, and lots of clementine zest and heady spice from the shovels of EKG hops we added to the boil.

This beer was brewed in collaboration with beer writer Jonny Garrett to celebrate his latest book, A Year in Beer, all about the joy of seasonal brewing and drinking.
