What happens if you ferment a juicy, full-bodied, low bitterness IPA with Brettanomyces Claussenii (Brett C)? We hooked up with Wiper & True and set ourselves the challenge to find out! This IPA oozes fruity notes from a generous hopping of Citra, Simcoe, Loral, El Dorado and Hallertau Blanc. Allergens: Malted Barley, Oats
