At Siren Craft Brew, we want you to enjoy every drop of our beer, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are committed to making it right. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return or replacement for any non-perishable items or faulty products.
Return Process

Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photos of any damaged goods or incorrect items received.
- 2.Await Authorization
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a return authorization code and the appropriate return shipping address.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Carefully repack the items in their original transit packaging to ensure they reach our brewery safely and without further breakage.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement shipment immediately.
